Ever wondered what our diverse staff are into when they’re on the road and getting Lost?  We asked our staff a few questions about what they jam out to, what they like to cook on a camp stove and where they want to go on their next road trip.

Here are the Lost Campers Staff Picks for Roadtrips.

1) San Francisco Staff

Monique: Blink 182 – Feeling This or What’s My Age Again.
BBQ hamburgers (mmmm).
Crater Lake National Park in Oregon.

Caryn: Lil baby-drip too hard.
Smores.
Yosemite National Park in California (it’s a staff favourite).

Nick: Anything by the Foo Fighters.
Ribeye steak.
Taking the family to Sedona, in Arizona, June.

2) Los Angeles Staff

Byron: I listen to my guitar recordings.
Bratwurst on a toasted French roll with mayo, mustard and pepper jack cheese (because who wouldn’t want that?)
My dream is to travel along the Old Route 66 which spans many states.

Billie: Anything by the Red Hot Chili Peppers.
Hot dogs and S’mores.
Yosemite National Park in California

3) Salt Lake City Staff

Apsen: I listen to audiobooks and Tamora Pierce is my fave author right now.
Hershey’s chocolate.
Natural Bridges National Monument in Utah.

4) Reservations Staff

Chelise: Beastie Boys are my jam, but I’ll sing along to lots of songs on my iPod because it helps me to stay awake while driving.
When I was backpacking through Utah I would eat Ramen and canned soup. But now I like to do pancakes with bacon and bananas in them for brekkie (buy the pre-made containers of pancake mix, add water and shake and precooked bacon).
I want to camp out at Smith Rock State Park in eastern Oregon this year.

Launi: Song to jam out to is Wait So Long. Band is Trampled By Turtles and music is Bluegrass, 90’s Grunge and Classic Rock.
Hobo dinner with loads of vegetables and salsa.
Banff & Jasper National Parks in Canada.
